The courses, which build on each other, teach everything that LFS experts need to know in their daily work with complex logistics and IT processes. If desired, they can be held on-site at your company or at our logistics center in DFW. Your company is thus offered the opportunity to optimally prepare both new employees and your existing staff for the tasks ahead.
This 5-day course is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation of knowledge on LFS set-up and processes. We are covering specific LFS terminology and concepts, warehouse and master data set-up including first key setups, inbound and outbound processes. This ensures a broad and deep overview to get you started in the pole position on your LFS journey.
For the LFS Key User it is of utmost importance to understand the intricate connections between LFS setups and what those mean on the user end as well as how to troubleshoot accordingly. This is exactly what we will be doing in this course. Participants will setup a warehouse from scratch and go through inbound and outbound processes with the according setups needed to get a warehouse running. We are also discussing improvements of for example the picking process. Troubleshooting and problem solving is also a huge portion of this course. After completion of this course participants know what to look out for and how to solve even more complex issues that may occur in day-to-day business. This course will take 5 days to complete.
Please note that this course does not cover the basics of LFS. To make this course successful, we strongly encourage to take the LFS Foundation course beforehand.
