Updated May 4, 2020: As a global company, EPG is closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus and want to share the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak to protect, while continuing to serve, our employees, customers and partners. Furthermore, we are giving advice in regards to disinfection of our devices.
EPG Americas is strictly following the guidelines being set forth by the U.S. Government, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities.
In light of recent and localized updates, EPG Americas has begun limited and voluntary travel starting on May 4, 2020.
Any onsite meetings will protect the well being of our customer/partner, as well as our team. However, we will continue to work closely with customers and partners to leverage available technology to mitigate any potential project delays where onsite visits have been cancelled/postponed.
Most of the EPG Americas’ associates work remotely, thus, our customers and partners should not encounter any delays or issues when engaging with our team.
Our Always-On Customer Support and Managed Services Cloud operations remain fully functional to ensure we meet our customer and partner support needs.
We pledge to be transparent throughout this uncertain time, EPG will proactively share any information that we believe our employees, customers and partners need to know.
As we all continue to adjust to a new and uncertain time, we want to thank you for your trust and loyalty.
